The Bengals signed wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley to a reserve/future contract on Tuesday.
He won't count against the team's active list until Feb. 10, the day after the Super Bowl.
Tinsley is entering his second NFL season. He appeared in two games for Washington during the 2023 season after signing with them as an undrafted free agent. and spent the 2024 campaign on the Commanders practice squad.
Tinsley finished his college career with 181 catches, 2,356 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns in 39 games. He spent two seasons at Western Kentucky, before transferring to Penn State for the 2022 campaign.
