Cincinnati Bengals Will Be Shorthanded, Announce Inactives for Matchup With Panthers

Bengals starting defensive tackles B.J. Hill and Sheldon Rankins are officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Tight ends Tanner McLachlan and Tanner Hudson are also inactive. Amarius Mims will make his first career start.
