The Cleveland Browns made a series of practice-squad adjustments on Tuesday, parting ways with four players while bringing in three others to reshape the developmental group, via Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot.

Offensive tackle Andrew Coker became the latest player to exit the roster after a brief stay in Cleveland.

The 25-year-old former TCU Horned Frog entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2024 and later spent time on the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad across two seasons.

Standing 6-foot-7 and weighing roughly 315 pounds, Coker offered size at a premium position but never appeared in a regular-season game. He joined the Browns practice squad in mid-October and lasted only a couple of weeks before Tuesday’s release.

Guard Vershon Lee followed a similar short path through the organization. The South Carolina product signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2025 and briefly earned a promotion to the active roster, appearing on special teams in one game before returning to the practice squad.

After stints with Minnesota and the Arizona Cardinals, Lee arrived in Cleveland around mid-October. At 6-foot-4 and more than 315 pounds, he provided interior line depth, but the Browns elected to move on after less than a month.

Punter Wes Pahl’s time with the team was more circuitous.

The Oklahoma State rookie signed as an undrafted free agent with Cleveland this offseason and appeared in the preseason, where he averaged more than 45 yards per punt.

He cycled on and off the practice squad multiple times during the fall, serving as emergency depth behind the club’s primary specialist. His latest release ends another short chapter in a season defined by roster churn at the specialist position.

Wide receiver Bub Means arrived with the most professional experience of the group.

Selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round of the 2024 draft out of Pittsburgh, Means appeared in seven games as a rookie and recorded nine catches for 118 yards and a touchdown.

The Browns added him to the practice squad in early September. He was later placed on the practice-squad injured list with a knee issue in mid-October and was fully released on Tuesday, closing his stint in Cleveland.

In corresponding moves, the Browns signed guard Austin Blaske, wide receiver Xavier Guillory, and tackle Xavier Truss to the practice squad.

The transactions illustrate the fluid nature of the bottom of the roster as the season progresses, with clubs continually evaluating developmental options at multiple positions.

For the four players released, the search for the next opportunity begins immediately.
