Many of us dream of repaying our parents for the love and support they gave us throughout our lives, but not everyone has the means to do so in the way we would like.

But Indianapolis Colts CB Kenny Moore II was able to turn that dream into a reality.

Moore II shared that he was "Fulfilling a promise to the woman who gave everything." The video in his post revealed that he had purchased a house for his mother.

He has shared multiple times over the years how much his mother (Angela Carter) has done for him, whether it is about the man he's become today or in terms of his career as a professional football player. Here's an excerpt from a piece written by The Indy Stars' Nate Atkins' in 2021 that includes a powerful story from Moore II on how his mother is a major reason he is still playing in the NFL today.

But after a long day in the heat, after being outjumped and outmuscled by the veterans of the New England Patriots, Moore II did what boys do when they feel lost: He call his Mother.

"Mom" Moore II said into the phone. "I cant do this."

"Kenny" Angels Carter said form their home in Georiga, "You made it this far. It's been a hard road, but just stick it out until the very end"
