'Colts Fans Want To See Me Crash': Tom Brady Jokes With Jimmie Johnson During Indy 500

Former NFL star Tom Brady recently made an appearance at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Brady caught up with Jimmie Johnson, a seven-time NASCAR champion. While Brady was spending time with Johnson, both legends cracked jokes and had memorable moments.

Brady and Johnson celebrated the 109th Indianapolis 500. The former NFL QB was prepared to ride the fastest seat in sports in a ceremonial lap. Brady is an analyst on FOX Sports, and he made a remark during the coverage for the run-up to the Indianapolis 500 race. While he geared up to drive, Brady commented that it might not sit well with some NFL fans.

“I’m sure a lot of the Indianapolis Colts fans would want to see me crash at some point here today,Tom Brady said.

There’s no surprise that Colts fans are not a huge fan of Brady. Back in 2015, Brady and the New England Patriots delivered a 45-7 blow to the Colts in the AFC Championship game. Brady played a huge part is handing eliminating the Colts from playing in the Super Bowl.

It turns out that Brady was true after all since Indianapolis Colts supporters welcomed him with a lot of boos. Despite the boos, the former star waved out to the audience with a thumbs-up sign.

Tom Brady Regrets His Decision At The Racing Event

The seven-time champion undoubtedly had a good time, but he regrets his decision at the racing event. Tom Brady posted a series of images on Instagram along with Jimmie Johnson from the event. In one particular image, he is seen watching the practice. His caption says he regretted his decision.

“Watching practice and regretting my decisions,” Tom Brady wrote.

Brady has a 10-year contract with Fox Sports, and he’s been an NFL legend. Yet, he’s ready to take on thrilling adventures. Racing is not really Brady’s forte, but he still likes to enjoy the thrill and see what it has to offer.

Brady’s popularity continues to grow even after he has retired from the league. While he might have regretted the decision at the racing event, he’s adamant for more. The former New England Patriots star said he would come back for more next year.

Tom Brady doesn’t really care about what people of fans think about him. He has great achievements that not many NFL stars have and he continues to do what he loves.
