The Washington Commanders Charitable Foundation and Hogfarmers Charitable Foundation invited 9-year-old Kennedy Keene to practice on Friday, celebrating her recent victory over leukemia.

In the wake of the visit, Kennedy, an avid Clemson fan, got to meet one of her all-time favorites ... former Tiger KJ Henry. And their fast friendship culminated in quite the offer.

"Whatever game you want to come to next season, you're invited. You just pick, alright? And we'll take care of you," Henry told Kennedy in a video posted by the team.

Along with receiving an invitation to a game in the upcoming season, Kennedy received a custom jersey, pair of gloves, signed mini-helmet and an exclusive opportunity to meet Washington players and staff.

"It was real heartwarming," Henry told the organization. "I haven't stepped on the field in this league yet, so it's cool to still see that people appreciate me for me and me for my game. I'm just glad I could put a smile on her face."

According to the Commanders, Kennedy has fought Leukemia for two years, finishing up her active treatment within the last two weeks.

"She's come a long way. She's had a pretty extensive treatment plan, and for her to be able to come out here and enjoy something like this and be active, it's what you want. It's what you want the ending to be," Hogfarmer Chris Bryant told the team. "Sometimes it doesn't go that way, but when it is, it's very nice."

Next Commanders game you attend, just know that a special little girl could be out there in the stands, cheering Henry and company the whole way.
