The injury bug continues to be the Los Angeles Rams’ worst enemy this season.
The Rams are already reeling from the latest injury diagnosis on star pass rusher Myles Garrett , who is set to miss multiple weeks with a knee injury. Standout wide receiver Puka Nacua just joined Garrett on the injury report.
Several reporters confirmed that Nacua had missed the Rams’ Friday practice with what the team listed as a hip injury. The update puts his status for L.A.’s Week 2 clash against the New York Giants in question.

Nacua was one of the Rams’ few bright spots in their Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The Pro Bowl wideout led the team with five catches for 74 yards.
Nacua missed just one game last season due to an ankle injury. He led the league with 129 receptions and ranked second in receiving yards with 1,715 across 16 games. He also tallied 10 receiving touchdowns while playing opposite Davante Adams, who led the NFL with 14 receiving TDs.
If Nacua is forced to miss any time due to injury, the Rams will need Adams to regain his WR1 form as Matthew Stafford’s top target.
