The Green Bay Packers moving up to draft Utah State quarterback Jordan Love probably isn't sitting well with Aaron Rodgers for various reasons.
While Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst squashed trade rumors regarding Rodgers early on, it doesn't mean Rodgers is thrilled with the pick.
Former NFLer Domonique Foxworth suggested on ESPN's "Get Up" that Rodgers, much like Brett Favre, could experience a decline over the next few years due to the psychological impact of drafting his successor.
"I don't think we can overstate the psychological impact [of drafting a QB's replacement]. Brett Favre was really good the year before Aaron Rodgers got there, then all of a sudden he was bad for 3 years in a row."@Foxworth24 on the Packers drafting Jordan Love pic.twitter.com/g9aIvF2DoK

Obviously that may or may not happen, but it's worth noting that Green Bay may be looking to move on from Rodgers in the coming years.
Love won't immediately jump in and start games, unless of course Rodgers gets injured. That, of course, is not out of the question considering he's dealt with various nagging injuries the past few seasons.
The Utah State product wasn't fantastic last season, throwing 20 touchdowns and 17 interceptions, but he's got a lot to learn moving forward, and who is a better player to learn from than the two-time MVP?
