Could 'Madden 22' cover feature Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes?

EA Sports hasn't had two athletes on the cover of their widely popular "Madden" video game since "Madden 10" when Troy Polamalu and Larry Fitzgerald graced the cover. That's about to change.

EA Sports teased the "Madden 22" cover with a video of two goats, and now NFL fans are beginning to speculate who could possibly be on it.

Immediate speculation has pointed to seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady and Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes because the video specifically shows a goat and baby goat.

Other fans believe it might be Brady and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. However, the Brady-Mahomes speculation certainly makes much more sense.

Brady graced the "Madden" cover for the first time in 2018, and Mahomes got the honor in 2020. The 2021 edition of the game saw Baltimore Ravens quarterback and former MVP Lamar Jackson on the cover.
