The Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers are expected to be buyers ahead of the trade deadline on November 4.
Earlier this week, the 49ers acquired defensive end Keion White and a 2026 seventh-round pick from the New England Patriots in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick. They're hoping the former second-round pick from Georgia Tech can return to his 2024 form where he racked up 56 tackles and five sacks.
As for the Cowboys, they've been linked to Pro Bowl pass rusher Maxx Crosby. It doesn't sound like a deal will materialize, but that won't stop Jerry Jones from looking for upgrades on defense.
According to popular social media user "Rickey Scoops," both the Cowboys and 49ers are expected to trade for defensive linemen before Tuesday's deadline.
Before NFL fans dismiss Thursday's rumor from "Rickey Scoops," just know they were first on the Micah Parsons trade.
Two weeks before the Cowboys shipped the All-Pro to the Green Bay Packers, "Rickey Scoops" posted this message on X: "Even though I don’t think he will be traded, the #Packers have a very serious trade offer on the table to the #Cowboys for Micah Parsons."
As for who the Cowboys and 49ers will target, they've been linked to Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson. He has racked up 171 total tackles, 120 QB hits, 61 sacks and 12 forced fumbles since 2021.
