The Dallas Cowboys are still four days away from their NFC wild-card matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, but the team received some critical news on Wednesday that could impact the outcome.
Mike McCarthy: #Cowboys LB/DE Micah Parsons and LT Tyron Smith have been activated from the COVID-19 reserve list. S Jayron Kearse could come off list tomorrow.

Parsons was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list last Wednesday, while Smith was moved onto the list on Thursday. Parsons is the heavy front-runner for the Defensive Rookie of the Year award.
The linebacker was named to the Pro Bowl earlier this month after finishing the regular season with 84 tackles and a team-leading 30 quarterback hits, 13.0 sacks and three forced fumbles across 16 games. Parsons' trio of forced fumbles are tied with Randy Gregory for the team lead, his 13.0 sacks place him sixth in the NFL and he finished second in the league with 20 tackles for a loss.
Smith has made eight Pro Bowls during his 11-year NFL career with the Cowboys and was named First-Team All-Pro in 2014 and 2016 as well.
The Cowboys and 49ers are slated to kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
