The Dallas Cowboys are looking to accomplish a nearly impossible feat.
Heading into Week 16, the Cowboys have a 1% chance to make the playoffs. Dallas would need the Philadelphia Eagles to lose their last three games while the Cowboys need to win their final three games of the season.
They're currently preparing for a matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 16.
As the Cowboys look to defeat the Chargers in Week 16, they have monitored an ailment for wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.
The NFL star has missed two practices this week due to illness.
Despite working through the illness and spending time in team meetings to potentially prepare to play, the Cowboys received a major update on Lamb.
On Friday, CeeDee Lamb returned to practice, seemingly putting the star wide receiver in line to play against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 16.

CeeDee Lamb has dealt with multiple setbacks this season. While he's currently working through an illness that's kept him out of practice earlier this week, Lamb also missed time with a concussion and an ankle injury this season.
While Lamb has been out of the lineup, the Dallas Cowboys rely on wide receiver George Pickens to serve as the team's No. 1 wide receiver.
While he's missed time this season, CeeDee Lamb has posted three touchdowns and 976 yards on 63 receptions. Lamb ranks at No. 8 in the NFL in terms of receiving yards this season.
