If you take COO Stephen Jones' word at face value, Dak Prescott will have everything he needs to lead the Dallas Cowboys to some form of success in 2025.
The offseason has been all about getting Dak healthy after he tore part of his hamstring off the bone against the Atlanta Falcons last season, and with the front office doing its part to help put the right pieces around Prescott, when looking at Brian Schottenheimer's offense, it has some weapons.
CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens are a dynamite combination. Then we add Tyler Book to a revamped offensive line, speed merchant Jaydon Blue out of the backfield, along with Miles Sanders, and Javonte Williams, it is looking like a decent unit, and a better one than a year ago.
But the big elephant in the room is Dak, who has only played two full seasons in the last five years, as injuries are beginning to mount.
However, Stephen Jones doesn't have any concerns over No. 4.
"Dak, historically, has come back after an injury or tough season and followed it up with a great year," Jones said on Mag Dog Sports Radio. "A couple of years ago, he came off an injury and a tough year, and he followed it up with an MVP-type of season.
"(We) fully expect that again.
"Dak is such a competitor, you add the weapons, George [Pickens], CeeDee [Lamb], we love the addition of Jaydon Blue, when you take the best guard in college football with your first-round pick, I think we got the resources and the offensive line to give Dak what he needs in terms of time to execute in the passing game."
There is no denying that Prescott has weapons. A top-10 receiver duo, an up-and-coming offensive line that has three first-rounders on it, plus a running back who boasts 4.38 speed, defenses won't be able to dictate to the offense. Something that rarely happened last season.
Load the box? Great. Lamb and Pickens can feast either inside or outside the numbers.
Sink defenders back into coverage, and the offensive line, along with Blue, Sanders, or Williams, can then see favorable matchups and pound the rock, just like a classic Schottenheimer offense.
Granted, this is all based on what we think "might" happen, but Stephen believes the Cowboys have everything they need for Prescott.
Now, it's about putting it all together.
