CeeDee Lamb has starred in the Dallas Cowboys offense for the past several seasons, now led by head coach Brian Schottenheimer.
The Cowboys are looking to make a push for the playoffs, but a recent loss puts them in a difficult position in the latter half of the season.
Dallas recently lost to the Detroit Lions after entering the game on a three-game win streak. Before losing to the Lions and giving up 44 points, the Cowboys defeated the Chiefs, Raiders and Eagles.
Not only did the Cowboys suffer a loss to the Lions and further dig their hole amidst a playoff push, but they also lost wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.
Lamb suffered a concussion in the matchup against the Lions. He left the game early, having to sit out for Dallas' attempted comeback.
Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb “had a good day” today after suffering his concussion, according to HC Brian Schottenheimer. He says the extra days going into next Sunday should help get him back.

On Friday, after the Dallas Cowboys' matchup against the Detroit Lions in Week 14 on "Thursday Night Football," head coach Brian Schottenheimer spoke on CeeDee Lamb's health.
Schottenheimer revealed that Lamb "had a good day" on Friday. Given the Cowboys' long stretch before their next game in Week 15, Schottenheimer believes the timespan could help a potential return for the Cowboys' star receiver
In his first season playing under Schottenheimer, CeeDee Lamb posted three touchdowns and 865 yards on 57 receptions. Lamb missed time earlier this season.
The NFL star missed Weeks 4-6 for the Cowboys after dealing with an ankle injury early in the season. While Lamb was out, George Pickens emerged as the Cowboys' No. 1 wide receiver.
