Last week we saw veteran defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence take shots at Dallas Cowboys' superstar Micah Parsons after Lawrence's new contract with the Seattle Seahawks.
Now Charvarius Ward is the latest former player to call out the Cowboys.
This free agency - after some rumors Dallas was interested again - Ward signed with the Indianapolis Colts (3-year, $54 million).
In an interview with his new club, the veteran cornerback did not hold back on his thoughts about the Cowboys.
"I signed with [Dallas] as an un-drafted free agent. In training camp and OTAs I was strappin' them boys..." Ward said about locking up Dallas' top receivers.
He added: "I thought I was going to make the team in Dallas, but Dallas don't make a lot of good decisions."
Ward is apparently still salty about his treatment from the Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones.
He was infamously traded to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2018 where he would eventually win a Super Bowl ring in 2020 while blossoming into a star.
He made it back to the big game in 2024 as a starter for the San Francisco 49ers, losing to the Chiefs that time.
In the end, Ward is getting the last laugh after his trade as Dallas got a backup lineman in return. Parker Ehringer was only on the team for one season.
It seems ... like many former players and major media outlets ... Ward can't go without saying something about the world's most valuable sports franchise.
