Solomon Thomas is playing in his first season with the Dallas Cowboys after beginning his career with the San Francisco 49ers and spending time with the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets.
Thomas has posted eight tackles with the Cowboys this season, playing under head coach Brian Schottenheimer in his first season leading Dallas.
Solomon Thomas leads a nonprofit initiative, The Defensive Line, that focuses on mental health awareness, helping work with a cause that's looking to prevent youth suicide.
It's a cause that hits a personal note for Thomas, who lost his sister to suicide several years ago.
