The Dallas Cowboys have been led by Jerry Jones for years.

Jones owns the Cowboys and serves as the team's general manager, helping build Dallas' roster in order to compete for a Super Bowl.

This year, the Cowboys have one of the most exciting offenses in the NFL. They're coming off a matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, having dominated on the way to a 33-16 victory in Las Vegas.

During the game, there was a bit of controversy on the Dallas sideline. Star wide receivers CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens were benched to start the game after missing curfew during the team's trip to Las Vegas.

Jones recently spoke on the incident, sharing his two cents.

"Yes, I do," Jones said in response to a question about whether he has a problem with his players partying before a game. "I don't have any problem with partying. But the idea is this is a business trip."

While CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens may have missed curfew for the Dallas Cowboys, they put on a show against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Lamb finished the game with one touchdown and 66 yards on five receptions. So far this season, Lamb has posted two touchdowns and 557 yards on 40 receptions.

Pickens finished the matchup against the Raiders with one touchdown and nine receptions for 144 yards. In his first season with the Cowboys, Pickens has posted seven touchdowns and 908 yards on 58 receptions.

While there was a bump in the road for Jerry Jones' Dallas Cowboys, they overcame the issue after a brief punishment for CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens.

Dallas (4-5-1) is back in action at home against the Philadelphia Eagles (8-2) at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday on Fox.
