Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones led a fourth-quarter drive against the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin to tie the game at 25 and force overtime.
The Colts faced a 3rd and 21 with about 90 seconds remaining in regulation, trailing 25-22 from their own 41-yard line. Jones dropped back to pass but ended up scrambling, picking up 19 yards and setting up a 4th-and-2 for Indianapolis. Jones got tackled out of bounds and stumbled down the Falcons' sideline, appearing to hit his helmet against the Atlanta bench.
Following the play, the cameras zoomed in on Jones, showing a bloody mouth for the former Duke passer.
