The 28-year-old was originally listed as a game-time decision.
Hopkins has been very durable throughout his NFL career, missing just two games due to injury through seven seasons.
The four-time Pro Bowler currently leads the NFL with 356 yards on 32 catches. Hopkins' teammate, Andy Isabella, ranks second on the team with seven catches for 114 yards.
Christian Kirk, who also was questionable for Sunday's game, is active with a groin injury.
