The NFL Draft is an exciting time for teams, players, fans, and everyone involved. Teams are looking for their next star players, and in the 2025 NFL Draft, there are multiple players who could be just that.
For the Denver Broncos, they'll be looking for a tight end. One issue, however, is that the Indianapolis Colts are also in the mix for one and hold the No. 14 pick.
Denver has the No. 20 pick.
But there are trade-up scenarios that could make sense for multiple teams.
That team could be the Broncos, who have a young quarterback at the helm and are in the market for a viable option at the position.
Bleacher Report's Brent Sobleski proposed an idea that would see the Broncos "turn the 2025 NFL Draft upside down." His plan would see the Broncos trade ahead of the Colts to select Warren.
"Warren can be a significant difference-maker in Sean Payton's offense, though the Broncos will likely be forced to move up from the 20th overall pick to make that happen," Sobleski wrote.
Last season, Adam Trautman, Lucas Krull, Nate Adkins, and Greg Dulcich produced all of 51 receptions for 483 yards.
For the 2025 season, the Broncos will be looking for better production out of a tight end that they can rely on.
Denver's head coach, Sean Payton, should want to trade up. He's found success with tight ends in the past and could be one elite player at the position away from opening this offense.
This could be a pick for a pick trade, but it could also involve some current player(s).
