The Denver Broncos are opening their season against the Tennessee Titans on Sept. 7 at Empower Field at Mile High in an early-season test for Denver, with a first look at Cam Ward, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Broncos Country already appears to be in game shape, as you could feel the excitement in the air during the preseason games.

While Denver has a stout defense and an emerging offense with Bo Nix heading into his second season, you can't write off the Titans in this matchup. The two teams have faced off a total of 44 times throughout their histories, including three postseason contests. Denver has 18 wins, two losses and a tie. Their most recent matchup was in 2022, in which the Titans defeated Denver in a low-scoring affair: 17-10.

Now, the most important question of the day — will you be able to watch the game on television? With fans from all across the country, 506sports.com shared the map of all the FOX games. For Broncos fans, yellow indicates if the game will be airing where you live, as they are part of the late slate of games alongside the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks matchup.

For the early slate of games, red on the map is for the New York Giants and Washington Commanders game, green is for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons, orange is for the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns, and light blue shows where people can tune into the Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars game. The darker blue represents the late window, paired with the Broncos, for the 49ers and Seahawks contest. Again, yellow marks the areas airing the Broncos-Titans broadcast. Needless to say, they're not getting a whole lot of national love.

What to watch for with Broncos and Titans in Week 1

Both teams are looking to make an impact early and often, but all eyes are going to be on Denver's defense against a rookie quarterback. Denver returned nearly all of its players on defense (and offense) while adding a few big pieces in Dre Greenlaw and Talanoa Hufanga to help bolster its already impressive unit. With names like Nik Bonitto and Patrick Surtain, look for Denver to continue the hot streak it started in 2024. Denver led the league in sacks and could very well repeat in 2025.

Of course, Nix and the offense are also a big point of conversation. Throughout training camp and the preseason, Nix has been working on his craft to avoid the infamous sophomore slump and has gotten a boost from some of the rising stars like Troy Franklin, Marvin Mims Jr., and Pat Bryant, who have ascended throughout the early stages of the year.

All that's left to do is play some football. If Denver can start the year hot, fans may be seeing a lot more Broncos coverage across the country in subsequent games.
