Missing all of last season following a knee injury in 2023, Bradley Chubb was deeply missed by the Miami Dolphins.

The Dolphins' edge group has the opportunity to be one of the best in the NFL if they're healthy and things go as planned, but there are uncertainties about that because of Chubb and others.

The Dolphins have plenty of pressure on them to perform at the highest level this season, and guys like Chubb understand that.

Whether it be from a personal or team standpoint, he recognizes that uncertainties surround him.

When speaking to reporters about how he feels and the situation as a whole, Chubb sounds like he's ready to prove himself, adding that he understands this is a business. Since he wasn't on the field last year, he needs to come out and prove why he's the player everybody thinks he is.

"This is a what have you done for me now business," Chubb said, per The Palm Beach Post

"Yeah, I had a good year in 2023. But at the end of the day, man, I didn't play a lick of football last year. I knew this is the team I wanted to be with. I knew the guys, the leadership, were the guys I wanted to be around and to push me at the end of the day. And I know what we can do here in Miami. A lot of doubters this offseason, a lot of talk. I'm excited to just be here and be able to show out."

Before his injury in 2023, appearing in 16 games, Chubb finished with 11.0 sacks.

Only 28 years old, there's reason to believe he can come back better than ever.

Chubb had some other injuries throughout his career, but he’s a star and seems ready to prove that in Miami.
