Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey has been playing some of his best football over the last several weeks. Clearly one of the league's best defensive backs over the course of his nine NFL seasons, Ramsey has been on another level in his second year in Miami.

Throughout the season, Ramsey has been the second highest graded cornerback according to Pro Football Focus at 84.4. With a 85.6 run defense grade to match his 82.6 coverage mark, he is the only cornerback in the league with an 80+ grade in both areas.

Over the last four games, Ramsey's 83.8 coverage grade is best in the league. In this span he has four passes defended, including two interceptions with one coming last week in Miami's 34-19 win over the Las Vegas Raiders

Looking at the last three games, Ramsey has held quarterbacks to ratings when targeted of 16.7, 68.2, and 42.3. He has not given up a touchdown in these games, and only has allowed two scores all season.

Additionally, Ramsey has been sent on 11 blitzes on the season, with six pressures and four hurries along with two quarterback knockdowns. He has truly been all over the field for Miami and a major reason why the unit is ninth in total defense, 10th in passing defense, and 10th in third down defense.

Ramsey could be in for another excellent game in a row this Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium. He and the Dolphins are facing rookie quarterback Drake Maye and a New England Patriots team ranked 32nd in the NFL in passing offense.
