Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel made moving gesture for Miami employees after first 2022 win

Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel is winning fans fast within the Dolphins organization.

Dolphins in-house podcast host Travis Wingfield shared a touching gesture McDaniel made all of the organization's employees after his regime's first win on Sept. 11 against the New England Patriots.

McDaniel gave everyone game balls with his quote "This one is one we can remember" engraved on the side.

The former 49ers assistant coach has his Dolphins at 6-3 and firmly in the hunt for the AFC title. Wideout Tyreek Hill is a possible MVP candidate, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has rounded form to his drafted potential.

The Dolphins also traded for pass rusher Bradley Chubb and signed him to a massive extension, showing more of the confidence the team has in its immediate and long-term future.

Wingfield's sentiment likely echoes throughout the Miami organization. While McDaniel and the Dolphins came under fire for how the team handled Tagovailoa's October concussion, the former Alabama signal caller came back healthy and has rejoined the starting lineup.

The Dolphins have a tough test in the AFC East to fend off the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots for the division crown, but gestures like this from McDaniel will keep spirits high within the Miami organization.
