Dolphins Hire Ron Middleton as Tight Ends Coach

The Miami Dolphins have officially completed their coaching staff, as they have hired Ron Middleton as their tight ends coach.

Middleton has a lot of experience in this role. From 2013 to 2020, he served as the Jacksonville Jaguars’ tight ends coach and assistant special teams coach.

Then, from 2021 to 2024, he was the NY Jets Tight Ends coach.

The Miami Dolphins announced this hire on their team website, along with the full coaching staff, now that every position is filled.

Head Coach: Jeff Hafley

Special Teams Coordinator: Chris Tabor

Assistant Special Teams Coordinator: Brock Olivo

Special Teams Assistant: Darius Eubanks

Offensive Coordinator: Bobby Slowik

Quarterbacks Coach: Bush Hamdan

Tight Ends Coach: Ron Middleton

Assistant Tight Ends Coach: Lemuel Jeanpierre

Offensive Passing Game Coordinator: Kevin Patullo

Running Back Coach: Ladell Betts

Wide Receiver Coach: Tyke Tolber

Offensive Line Coach: Zach Yenser

Assistant Offensive Line Coach: Matt Applebaum

Offensive Assistant: Leander Wallace

Defensive Coordinator: Sean Duggan

Defensive Line Coach: Austin Clark

Assistant Defensive Line Coach: Chuka Ndulue

Defensive Quality Control: Siriki Diabate

Senior Defensive Assistant/Run Game Coordinator: Joe Barry

Linebackers Coach: Al Washington

Assistant Linebackers Coach: Wendel Davis

Cornerebacks/Defensive Backs Coach: Jahmile Addae
