Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is already looking ahead to his comeback after season-ending knee surgery, and he has a message for fans.
Hill’s 2025 season ended in Week 4 when he suffered a devastating injury against the New York Jets. The 31-year-old dislocated his left knee and tore multiple ligaments, including his ACL, after being tackled near the sideline in the third quarter. He was carted off the field and underwent surgery the following day.
Despite the setback, Hill shared encouraging news soon after his operation.
“Surgery went great ,” he wrote on X and quoted a Bible verse to thank fans for their support.
Just days after the procedure, Hill posted a Snapchat video showing himself walking with the aid of a walker, surprising many with his quick progress.
In one of his latest updates, Hill posted a screenshot of his Snapchat account on Instagram and urged fans to connect with him there.
“Add me on snap for all the come back content,” he wrote in the caption.

The move signals Hill’s intent to keep supporters involved as he navigates a long rehabilitation process. It also continues his upbeat approach, as the star receiver has used social media to spread positivity since the night of his injury.
Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, also addressed his future, noting Hill's desire to remain in Miami. Speaking with WSVN’s Josh Moser, Rosenhaus said Hill “would love to get together with [the Dolphins] after the season and figure something out that works for both sides and continue his career here in Miami.”
Hill is currently under contract through 2026 but is aware of potential roster moves tied to the team’s salary cap. Even so, he and his agent remain hopeful that a deal can be reached that ensures he stays in South Florida long term.
While Hill focuses on recovery, the Dolphins must adjust without their top receiver. Jaylen Waddle now leads the receiving group, with Cedrick Wilson Jr., Malik Washington and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine expected to step into bigger roles. Head coach Mike McDaniel acknowledged Hill’s absence but said it creates an opportunity for other players to rise.
Miami secured its first win of the season shortly after Hill’s injury, but his absence will be felt. Since joining the Dolphins in 2022, Hill has posted back-to-back 1,700-yard seasons and has been a key spark in the team’s offense.
Hill’s surgery was deemed successful, with doctors confirming no nerve damage or cartilage issues. According to Rosenhaus, the realistic timeline for his return is the start of the 2026 NFL season.
For now, Hill wants fans to follow his journey step by step. Through his Snapchat updates, the receiver known as “Cheetah” is determined to show his fight to come back stronger.
