Eagles' AJ Brown has hilarious reaction to riding his first roller coaster

It's safe to say that Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is not a big fan of roller coasters.

While on a trip with his family, Brown documented his first roller coaster experience, and it was hilarious.

“I would run a slant across the middle against Ray Lewis and Kam Chancellor before I ride another roller coaster," Brown said when the ride was over.

Brown,27, wrapped up the 2024 regular season hauling 67 receptions for 1,079 yards and seven touchdowns. In the Super Bowl, he added three catches for 43 yards and a touchdown, helping lead the Eagles to a 40-22 victory over the Chiefs.

Looking ahead, Brown is determined to build on that success and only get better entering his seventh season.

“It always boils down to just watching film and you just take notes,” Brown said. “You just take notes of what you didn’t do well last year that may have snuck through the cracks that nobody ever realized but you know deep down. Everybody knows their weaknesses and their strengths. You’re just trying to find new ways to pick a few things and you focus on that in the summer and during OTAs.”

What are OTAs?

Organized Team Activities (OTAs) in the NFL are voluntary offseason workouts that allow teams to begin on-field preparations for the upcoming season.

They are typically held during the spring and provide coaches and players a chance to work together in a structured setting without full contact or pads. While no tackling is allowed, teams can play 7-vs-7, 9-vs-7, and 11-on-11 drills to install plays and evaluate talent.

Though attendance is optional, participation is often expected, especially for younger players and those competing for roster spots. OTAs play a crucial role in building team chemistry and setting the foundation for training camp ahead of the season.

Here are the Eagles OTA sessions: May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, and June 5.
