While it is plausible that Brown’s actions were an attempt to maintain focus on the impending playoff run, they undoubtedly added an extra dose of uncertainty to an Eagles squad that had been under scrutiny for various reasons. In addition to Brown’s discontent with the coaching staff, the team faces another challenge as Jalen Hurts sustained a finger injury in the last regular-season game against the Giants.
