Cue the rubber match. The Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders meet for the third time this season. This is the 181st time they have met since 1934. We'll say it, and we have no fear of jinxes. The Birds are the better team. Does that guarantee victory? No! It does not!
The Commanders visit Lincoln Financial Field and aren't doing so to forfeit. They won't be waving any white flags. Philly will get a divisional rival's best effort.
Washington has won three straight road playoff games. They have done so with a rookie cornerback. Philly's last loss came in Week 18 of the regular season... vs. the Washington Commanders.

Henry was signed to the Practice Squad. Offensive lineman Cameron Erving was released from the scout team to make room.
On Saturday, the Commanders downgraded Daron Payne from 'questionable' to out of the lineup. Sam Cosmi was ruled out one day prior on Friday. QB Jeff Driskel (illness), defensive end Javontae Jean-Baptiste (shoulder), and DT Daron Payne (knee/finger) were all deemed 'questionable'.
