Eagles' new RB Saquon Barkley shows off early morning grind in workout video
Kyle Ross-USA TODAY Sports

Philadelphia Eagles' new running back Saquon Barkley is putting in work.

Videos of Barkley surfaced on X/Twitter and Instagram, courtesy of SFDigitals, showing off his offseason workouts.

In the workout clips, you'll notice that Barkley, who is 234 pounds of mostly muscle, needed two guys to hold his legs down during a calf workout.

He only continued to show off his mammoth strength by deadlifting what looked to be about 420 pounds.

That's not the only workout Barkley has been spotted doing so far this offseason.

He's also getting to know his quarterback Jalen Hurts and did an on-field training session with him last week.

After six seasons playing for the New York Giants, Barkley signed a three-year contract worth up to $37.75 million and $26 million guaranteed with the Eagles at the beginning of NFL free agency last month.

That's big money for a running back, especially coming from Philly.

It's clear he's taking his new deal seriously by putting in the necessary work to be the best.
