The Philadelphia Eagles revealed troubling news on star wide receiver A.J. Brown as they prepare to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the wild-card round on Monday. Brown injured his knee against the New York Giants in Week 18.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni claimed after their loss to New York that Brown’s injury was not serious. However, Sirianni said wide receiver DeVonta Smith’s ankle injury wasn’t concerning before he missed the Eagles’ Week 18 game against the Giants.
According to Philadelphia's Thursday injury report, Smith was a full participant in practice Thursday, while Brown did not participate.

Three of the Eagles' best offensive players are on the injury report this week. Smith appears to be in the best shape after Thursday’s practice, and quarterback Jalen Hurts had a glove on his injured throwing hand. Thursday was the first time Hurts had thrown a football since the game against the Giants.
