Most people focus on player movement after a Super Bowl win, but the Philadelphia Eagles took some massive hits with their front office and scouting departments during the offseason. It appears that they have finally finalized everything.
The team announced title changes for nine people and six new hires to the scouting and football operations department. One of the most notable names on the list of who's returning to Philadelphia: Joe Douglas.

Douglas is the most notable name on the list of new hires, as he returns to Philadelphia after previously working with the team from 2016 to 2019. The New York Jets hired Douglas to be their general manager in 2019, but he was let go 11 games into the 2024 season.
The Philadelphia Inquirer was the first to report Douglas would return to the Eagles back in May with his title being unknown. Eagles general manager Howie Roseman is looking at Douglas to be his right hand man in the front office.
Another key addition was Tiffany, as reported last month, who was leaving LSU to work with the Eagles. He joins Philly as a scout after seven years of experience in college. Some think he could be the next Roseman.
There was employee after employee in the offseason that left the Eagles for other jobs.
The hope is that these new promotions and hires will be able to make the same impact as the previous members of the organization had. Roseman has his new group assembled and ready to help Philly repeat as Super Bowl champions.
