Philadelphia Eagles rookie Cooper DeJean caught the NFL world's attention on Sunday evening after he completely leveled Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry.
The 6-foot, 198-pound defensive back showed off not only his speed but also his strength while taking down a 6-foot-3, 247-pound veteran rusher on 3rd and 11 in the fourth quarter.

Following the Eagles' 24-19 win over the Ravens, DeJean spoke with reporters and admitted that he was just as shocked as everyone else.
DeJean said he "didn’t really expect to lift" Henry on the hit stick and "definitely" felt him on that, according to NBC Sports' Dave Zangaro.

DeJean, a 2024 second-round pick out of Iowa, finished the game logging five tackles.
He had previously entered Week 13 credited with 30 total tackles (22 solo), half a sack, one fumble recovery, and five passes defended.
In all, the Eagles were able to hold Henry to 82 rushing yards and zero touchdowns on 19 carries as they went on to pick up their eighth straight win of the season.
The same couldn't be said for Baltimore, who let Eagles' star rusher Saquon Barkley run for over 100 yards and a score, ultimately helping him add to his NFL MVP case.
