Eagles take the lead with Bleacher Report's all-divisional team for 2025 season

It should come as no surprise that the reigning offensive player of the year was named as the only running back on this team. Barkley, who rushed for 2,005 yards last season along with 13 touchdowns, will now head into the second year of his three-year contract with hopes to match his 2024 production.

A.J. Brown, WR

Brown eclipsed 1,000 yards for the third straight season in 2024 despite only playing 13 games. One thing to note -- he was listed third on the team, behind Dallas' CeeDee Lamb, and New York's Malik Nabers.

Jordan Mailata, LT

Mailata and Lane Johnson, who will be discussed later on, were the strongest offensive line anchors in the NFL in 2024. Mailata had a career year as he took an enormous jump, posting a 95.2 PFF grade and only allowing two sacks in 16 games.

Lane Johnson, RT

A few things are guaranteed in life, and Lane Johnson playing at an All-Pro level is one of them. Even at 35 years old, Johnson allowed just ONE sack in 19 games played, with the singular sack coming in the Eagles' Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jalen Carter, DT

Some may pose the question, 'Did Jalen Carter take a step back in 2024?' and the answer to that question is perhaps. One thing is for sure -- his potential is through the roof, and many around the organization are expecting a considerable leap in year three.

Zack Baun, LB

Baun was one of the feel-good stories of 2024, becoming a first-team All-Pro after signing a one-year contract with the Eagles that was worth $3.5 million. Now that his production and potential have been realized, many are expecting him to continue playing at a high level.

Quinyon Mitchell, CB

Despite early struggles in coverage to kick off the 2024 season, Mitchell settled in at the latter half of the season, rounding up the year with a 78.2 PFF grade and finishing in second place for the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year. Big things are expected as Mitchell plays out the rest of his rookie contract.

Cooper DeJean, CB

DeJean had his coming-out party in the Super Bowl vs the Chiefs, when he all but sealed the game in the first half. What many don't know? The fact that DeJean was an all-world run stopper, posting a 90.8 PFF run defense grade.

Reed Blankenship, S

Blankenship has been a solid played for Philadelphia in the secondary over the past few seasons. Simply put, it's time for him to take his next step. Don't be surprised when he turns heads in 2025.

The NFC East can be quite literally described as a gauntlet with a talent pool that is beyond impressive. With nine players who made the All-NFC East team, it goes to show how highly touted many of the Eagles' players are.
