Emari Demercado picks up first NFL touchdown against Bengals
Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

With James Conner sidelined due to a knee injury, the Cardinals’ undrafted rookie RB Emari Demercado powered his way into the endzone for his first NFL touchdown.

This touchdown narrowed the Cardinals deficit to four points.

In total, counting this touchdown run, Demercado ran for 43 yards on nine attempts for the Cardinals through three quarters.

Before this Week 5 matchup against the Bengals, the 24-year-old had just three yards on four carries.

The Cardinals signed Demercado back on August 29th; he then went on to make the 53-man roster.
