Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs suffered a brutal 40-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.

The Chiefs finished the season 17-3, including wins against the Houston Texans and Buffalo Bills in the playoffs.

After the blowout loss for Kansas City, Kelce's reaction was shown on social media. The Chiefs tight end was seen walking through the tunnel with his head down, seemingly displeased with the result of the game.

Fox Sports sideline reporter Erin Andrews talked about Kelce's reaction to the game on the latest episode of the "Calm Down With Erin and Charissa" podcast.

She mentioned that when she saw an emotional Kelce in the tunnel, she went up to the Chiefs tight end to comfort him after the loss.

"The shot that they have of him coming out of the locker room, now you know that he was going up to the suite -- I didn't, I was actually coming off the field and he was just walking out," Andrews recounted

"I was kind of like walking and I was like [expletive] it, I turned around and I walked up to him. I didn't want to bug him, but, it's like, 'No that's our friend and it really sucks.' I just walked up to him and he stopped, and I gave him a big hug and I was just like, 'I'm so sorry, I love you.'"

Kelce struggled to start Super Bowl LIX. He kicked off the game with two drops and wound up finishing the matchup with four receptions and 39 yards.

The Chiefs' offense was nearly absent for the first three quarters and capped off the game with just 275 total yards and 12 first downs.

Kansas City had an opportunity to make NFL history in Super Bowl LIX, looking to become the first team to win three straight titles, but were halted with a dominant performance from the Eagles.
