In just a few days, the Kansas City Chiefs will host the Buffalo Bills in a battle of familiar foes with the chance at a Super Bowl title on the line.
Ahead of the game, ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg revealed the "storyline to watch" for the Bills.
Can the Bills finally take down the Chiefs in the playoffs after losing three straight to Kansas City in the postseason? The Bills will have to go against history to do so, having lost seven straight road playoff games. The ability to limit quarterback Patrick Mahomes will play a large role, especially given Buffalo's strength at forcing takeaways. In Buffalo's regular-season win over Kansas City, Mahomes threw two interceptions. However, the Chiefs have gone eight straight games, including the playoffs, without committing a turnover.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen is 4-1 against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs during the regular season, but 0-3 against the Chiefs when it matters most - in the postseason. ESPN's panel of experts, Kalyn Kahler, Eric Moody and Seth Walder, all revealed their score predictions for the game.
All three believe the Bills will take down the favored Chiefs on Sunday night.
Kahler's pick: Bills 34 Chiefs 31
Moody's pick: Bills 30, Chiefs 29
Walder's pick: Bills 29, Chiefs 20
Mahomes and the Chiefs are on the hunt for their third straight Super Bowl title, while Allen and the Bills are hoping for No. 1.
Sunday's game between Buffalo and Kansas City kicks off at 6:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
