We're just days away from Super Bowl LIX, which will feature a rematch of Super Bowl LVII between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

The Chiefs walked away winners two years ago and are hoping to become the first team in the history of the NFL to win three in a row.

It's the time of the football year when some players are hanging up their cleats and walking into retirement, and former Browns defensive end Isaac Rochell is one of them.

The former Notre Dame star announced on Sunday that he's retiring from the league at age 29.

"I am officially retiring from the NFL," he announced on X on Sunday.

Rochell was drafted by the Chargers in the seventh round in 2017 and spent four seasons in Los Angeles before playing for the Colts, Browns and Raiders.

During his seven-year, Rochell registered 113 total tackles with 70 solo and 13 for loss. He added one interception and 9.5 sacks with 17 quarterback hits.

The news of Rochell's retirement comes on the heels of Cleveland learning that defensive star Myles Garrett has requested a trade away from the Browns.
