Ex-NFL RB Mark Walton arrested for alleged armed robbery

Former NFL running back Mark Walton continues to find himself on the wrong end of the law. The former Dolphins running back was arrested in early February in Miami for his role in an alleged armed robbery.

According to TMZ Sports, police documents say that Walton and another man pulled a gun on someone and “demanded everything.”

Walton and the other man allegedly made off with the man’s Rolex watch. The incident was captured on security footage.

Walton was booked at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Tuesday and is set to appear in court on Wednesday.

Walton played college football at Miami. He was a fourth-round pick by the Bengals in 2018 and had 14 carries for them as a rookie. He rushed for 201 yards in seven games for the Dolphins in 2019.

During his NFL career, Walton was suspended four games for violating the substance abuse policy. In 2019, it was alleged that he of punched a woman who was pregnant with his child. In February, Walton was arrested for an incident at a Pizza Hut.
