Parker Washington’s Target Share Gives Managers a Reason to Stay Patient

Despite having hype entering the Week 4 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, Parker Washington ended up conpletely letting fantasy football. managers down for having him in their lineup as he finished with just two points.

While this could be discouraging, there is still reason for optimism.

Why Parker Washington is Still Fantasy Relevant

With Washington still having a 25% target share it shows he is a key player for the Jaguars’ offense until proven otherwise. There is also the factor that Trevor Lawrence attempted only 23 passes against the Bengals’ secondary, leading to limited opportunities right from the start.

Managers should still be viewing Washington as a viable WR2 option on their fantasy teams, and if someone in leagues are looking to trade him after one bad performance, he is the ultimate player to end up buying low on and being able to thrive based on getting another extremely valuable receiver.
