A former Tennessee Vols wide receiver that was likely forgotten by many UT football fans is signing with the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs are signing former Vols wide receiver Jimmy Holiday to an undrafted free agent contract after a successful rookie minicamp performance.

Holiday is a former three-star recruit who signed with Tennessee during the 2020 recruiting cycle.
The Mississippi native spent the first three seasons of his career with the Volunteers before transferring to Western Kentucky for the 2023 season (Holiday spent the 2024 season at Louisiana Tech).
Holiday caught seven passes for 111 yards and one touchdown during his time on Rocky Top. His lone touchdown with the Vols came in Tennessee's season-opening win against Ball State in 2022.

Holiday wrapped up his college career at Louisiana Tech in 2024 by catching 39 passes for 476 yards and two touchdowns.
Landing an undrafted free agent deal with the Chiefs is certainly great news for Holiday, but he'll have an uphill battle ahead of him to make Kansas City's 53-man roster.
