Former Cowboys OC Kellen Moore offers candid opinion of QB Dak Prescott

When it comes to singing the praises of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, no one has done it quite like Kellen Moore. A former Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator – and now the man in charge of the offense for the Los Angeles Chargers – Moore recently shared his candid thoughts about the gifted signal-caller in an interview with FoxSports.com’s Peter Schrager:

The best person. I think the best leader I’ve ever been around, easily. And in all honesty, player or coach or anything. His ability to connect with a team in all spectrums is rare and I’ve never seen it in any other way. His work ethic, his command, I think he’s incredible. We’ve all been through that Dallas journey and he has a phenomenal way of being able to deal with probably more than your average NFL starting quarterback. And he handles it beautifully. He’s certainly a guy you forever root for.

Moore’s glowing endorsement sheds light on the qualities that make Prescott not just a standout player, but also a remarkable leader. He highlights Prescott's ability to connect with his team and praises his work ethic and command over the game.

Moore also acknowledges the uniquely challenging journey of being the Dallas Cowboys quarterback. Prescott has been nothing short of impressive with the Cowboys, posting a career 61-36 record while throwing for 24,943 yards, 166 touchdowns and 65 interceptions.

While Moore has been there with Prescott throughout his career, 2023 will mark a fresh start on both sides and there's plenty of reason to believe both could have success for years to come.
