Former Dolphins star WR seen Rehabbing at Team Facility
Star wide receiver Tyreek Hill has been a free agent on the open market for a little while now, as the Miami Dolphins released him back in February following a four-year partnership, yet he was at Miami’s practice facility recently.
On Thursday, Hill uploaded a picture of himself spending time inside his former team’s facility to social media. The picture featured his pair of crutches well.

Of course, Hill is still recovering from the serious injuries he sustained back in Week 4 of the Dolphins’ 2025 season against the New York Jets. The eight-time Pro Bowler not only tore multiple ligaments, notably his ACL, but he also dislocated his knee. He missed the rest of the campaign as a result, and his status for 2026 is still somewhat in limbo as well, though his agent Drew Rosenhaus said he’s on track to be ready for the campaign.
Hill is looking for his next team and has been linked to several contending squads around the NFL in rumors, including another one of his former teams, the Kansas City Chiefs.
Not long ago, Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones implored Hill to return to Kansas City via an X post, and the squad could use some help in the receiver department. After all, no Chief who played the position ended up with more than 587 receiving yards a season ago.
Maybe it’s only a matter of time before he ends up back in Kansas City, but with the long road to recovery that’s still ahead of him, it could be a while before he officially gets signed. And considering he’s on the other side of 30 now, there’s no telling how productive he will be coming off his injury once he’s deemed healthy enough to play again. It seems likely he won’t ever get back to putting up the numbers he did during his prime in Miami.
