Former first-round receiver is name to watch for the Buffalo Bills
Andrew Nelles / The Tennessean / USA TODAY NETWORK

The Buffalo Bills addressed their glaring hole at receiver by drafting Keon Coleman out of Florida State. The second-round receiver has since become the talk of the NFL with his introductory press conference and a behind the scenes look at his meeting with the Bills at the NFL Combine.

The Bills may still be in the market for another receiver to put on the perimeter. And it could come in the form of a former first-round pick.

The Tennessee Titans are rumored to be trying to trade Treylon Burks, who they took in the first round in 2022.

Burks hasn't come close to meeting the expectations that were placed upon him, as he was tasked with replacing A.J. Brown after the Titans traded him to the Philadelphia Eagles. In two seasons with the Titans, Burks has only caught 49 passes for 665 yards and one touchdown. However, the Titans have also been in a funk at quarterback, transitioning from Ryan Tannehill to Will Levis.

This isn't to say that if the Bills acquired Burks he would instantly become a superstar. However, he would be a better option on the outside than Mack Hollins. Khalil Shakir can be the No. 2 boundary receiver, but having Burks to work into certain sets would be fine, especially when Buffalo would likely give up next to nothing to acquire him.
