Week 13 of the college football season has some pivotal matchups that could have College Football Playoff implications.
The biggest one is No. 5 Indiana facing No. 2 Ohio State in Columbus. Another is No. 14 BYU facing No. 21 Arizona State in an important Big 12 showdown.
Another meaningful top-25 game is No. 19 Army facing No. 6 Notre Dame at Yankee Stadium. Army is undefeated at 9-0 entering Week 13, and Notre Dame hasn't lost since Week 2 against Northern Illinois.
A Notre Dame win would help boost the chances of making the College Football Playoff, while a loss could drop them down the rankings and possibly out of the field.
Ahead of the game, Notre Dame legend Brady Quinn hopped on "The Dan Patrick Show" and discussed this significant matchup.
"You get a buzz cut if Army wins this game," Patrick said.
"Alright, I will bet that," Quin replied. "I feel so confident."
It's a bet!

Yes, Quinn said he would get a buzz if Army defeated Notre Dame on Saturday. Patrick even stated, "You've got good moss... That'd break some hearts if you got your haircut."
Quinn even played against Army one time during his days as quarterback for Notre Dame. It came in 2006, and Notre Dame won convincingly, 41-6, as Quinn threw for 218 yards and three touchdowns.
The former Irish star expressed confidence in his alma mater getting the win due to the defense.
"There's no shot for Army," Quinn said. "Notre Dame's got one of the best defenses in the country. There's a skill mismatch and a significant one at best."
"I don't think this thing will even be close," Quinn continued. "I think it's going to be a home run, if you will at Yankee Stadium for the Fighting Irish."
Notre Dame is coming off back-to-back wins over Florida State and Virginia since the Week 10 bye. Army had a bye of its own in Week 12 and beat North Etxas and Air Force before that.
This is the biggest test of the year for Army, who have wins over programs such as Rice, Temple, UAB and Florida Atlantic, none of which jump off the page.
Notre Dame is favored by 14.5 points on FanDuel, so it would be a massive upset if Army wins the game.
Still, Quinn is so confident that he is even making a compelling bet for this showdown on Saturday night.
