The NFL offseason brings plenty of changes. A long-time front office member for multiple organizations is joining an NFC foe for the New Orleans Saints.
Another big hire in Washington: The #Commanders have added Dwaune Jones as national scout. Jones was most recently Asst Dir of College Scouting for the #Falcons, but he's also served w/the #Ravens & #Saints. Has been part of teams that drafted Michael Thomas, Lamar Jackson, more.

Jones spent 12 years with the Saints as a scout, four years with the Ravens in the same role, and the previous three seasons with the Falcons as the assistant director of college scouting.
Accordingly, the Saints were not the last NFC South to use his services, but he was a long-time member of their scouting group. He's extremely well respected around the NFL.
Jones is one of many new hires from new GM Adam Peters. Washington is making plenty of adjustments heading into 2024.
