Former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jalin Hyatt kicked off day two of New York Giants training camp with a bang.
Hyatt, who is entering his third season with the Giants, connected with rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart for an impressive back shoulder touchdown during team periods.

Unfortunately for Hyatt, the former Vol went down with an apparent leg injury later in practice.
Jalin Hyatt is down on the sideline being stretched out by trainers looking like he’s in discomfort, looking at his left leg. Something to monitor. He appeared to tweak something in the late spring, too #Giants

Hyatt suffered a left hamstring injury earlier this spring.
There's a chance, though, that Hyatt was just dealing with a cramp on Thursday.
Jalin Hyatt has been with training staff for a while stretching his left leg. With the way they are giving him fluids, initial guess is that he is cramping up.

This is a pivotal training camp for Hyatt as he's looking to rebound from a 2024 season where he caught just eight passes for 62 yards while playing in a limited role in New York's offense.
In other words, Hyatt can't afford to miss time during camp.
