Nate Frazier and the No. 3 seed Georgia Bulldogs take on the No. 6 Ole Miss Rebels in the Sugar Bowl on New Year's Day. It's their first College Football Playoff game after securing a first-round bye.
With Frazier leading the ground game, the Bulldogs have solid offensive numbers. They rank sixth in the SEC in points per game (31.9) and seventh in total yards per game (406.9).
Through 13 games this season, the true sophomore has rushed for 861 yards and six touchdowns on 158 carries. He has also hauled in 13 receptions for 74 yards and one touchdown.
As the lead back for one of college football's most recognizable programs, he continues to earn exciting off-field opportunities. Before playing Ole Miss, Frazier announced a new name, image and likeness partnership with Wingstop.
"time to go handle business and make this run #WingstopPartner@wingstop," he wrote via an Instagram post.
Wingstop joins a growing list of companies that have partnered with Frazier, including Epic Games, DoorDash, Powerade, State Farm, and Beats by Dre. His On3 NIL valuation of $730,000 is the ninth highest of any college football running back.
As a true sophomore, he still has two more years of eligibility after 2025, meaning there's plenty of time to capitalize on more opportunities. However, that also means he'll be eligible for the NFL draft after his junior season.
With this latest deal announcement, Frazier and Georgia prepare to face the Ole Miss defense. The Rebels rank fifth in the SEC in average points allowed per game (19.3).
Kickoff is Thursday at 8 p.m. ET at the Caesars Superdome, airing on ESPN. ESPN's matchup predictor currently gives the Bulldogs a 60.1% chance of winning.
