Giants' Joe Judge sees no issue between QB Daniel Jones, WR Kenny Golladay

The New York Giants suffered a heartbreaking 30-29 last-second divisional loss to the Washington Football Team on Thursday night and also made headlines when top-tier wide receiver and free-agent acquisition Kenny Golladay appeared to have some not-so-kind words for quarterback Daniel Jones on the sideline during the game.

Giants head coach Joe Judge attempted to downplay the matter when speaking with reporters Friday.

"I’ve talked to both players," Judge explained, per Ralph Vacchiano of SNY. "Everyone’s kind of dismissed everything. Guys have a good relationship. They work well together. I don’t really see any issue there."

Additionally, rookie wide receiver Kadarius Toney took to Twitter to address allegedly using Instagram after the loss to vent frustrations about never being targeted by Jones on Thursday night

"I see a guy that shows up every day and works hard," Judge said of Toney. "That’s what I see. Instead of trying to gauge some of these emotions, I judge how he works."

Golladay, meanwhile, signed a four-year contract worth a reported $72 million to join Big Blue in March but hasn't yet matched that pay with performances on the field. Per ESPN stats, he's second on the Giants with 14 targets but has only seven catches for 102 yards and zero touchdowns this season.

The Giants host the Atlanta Falcons on Sept. 26.
