They might be retired from playing football, but Peyton Manning and Eli Manning are still getting paid by the sport.
The two quarterbacks, who have won four Super Bowls between them, have made big moves in the sports media and sports entertainment venues.
Omaha Productions, which was founded by Peyton after he retired from the sport, has been producing sports and entertainment content for ESPN and for other media as well.
The company produces the ManningCast shows during ESPN's "Monday Night Football" telecasts. The Manning Brothers have guests appear with them on the telecasts and describe what is going on in the games. Bill Belichick was a frequent guest last season.
Omaha Productions will also be producing original programming. They will be putting together a television series that stars Glen Powell playing a college football quarterback named Chad Powers.
The show is based on a skit made famous by Eli Manning, in which the former Ole Miss quarterback goes under disguise to try to walk onto the Penn State team.
This year, the Manning company landed a major influx of cash from Endeavor executive chairman Patrick Whitesell, who, according to Axios, "is leading a new, yet-to-be named sports, media and entertainment investment platform."
Last year, Omaha Productions received a big $10 million investment from Peter Chernin's North Group Company, which valued them at $400 million.
Omaha Productions has reportedly received a valuation of $800 million.
The company has reportedly been profitable every year since its launch in 2020.
Peyton Manning is excited about their endeavors and future ventures.
"All of us at Omaha are excited to get to work with Patrick and Egon as our new teammates to grow the business and create new opportunities for fans," Peyton Manning said.
According to Axios, Omaha Productions has been valued at close to $1 billion.
